rejoicing in favor of a new contract that would bring a week long strike to an end. just in time to make more jim beam. risk and reward starts right now. wikileaks is back with the 14th data drop. inside hillary clinton's campaign. the details continue to rock that campaign. welcome to risk and reward. on our screen at&t and advance costs a major deal involves the acquisition of time warner and includes a lot of content here. also the warner tv and film studios but let's get to the latest wikileaks development. my colleagues has the very latest. >> hey liz.
5:01 pm
they were all friendly when they appear together last week. they had have our rocky relationship he got in around to endorsing her in july of this year but new e-mails from john podesta between her and her top aides in november 2013 provide some of the back story on the hillary clinton relationship. he told people magazine last november it was too early to endorse her. in the e-mail mills brings up the fact that hillary did not endorse a gore for president in the 2000 race they said that was 16 years ago. hard to put on an e-mail but there is no love lost in this relationship. he refused to endorse in 2008. >> i know that's why i thought this time it would be different.
5:02 pm
it's bad. also yesterday we reported on the big 12 million-dollar donation from the king of morocco to the clinton foundation if they would agree to do an event in the country in 2015. the foundation has promised to stop taking corporate or foreign donations if she becomes a president but a new e-mail from last october shows the head of the foundation trying to figure out how to keep the money flowing. bob harrison e-mailed about the future of the initiative because of questions from employees. it is imperative that we formulate an answer to the question whether they can and will exist. he goes on to say if yes he needs to understand what he will need to change.
5:03 pm
bill clinton has to stay involved at least as initiative convene and the viability depends on the ability to attract members. he asked what kind of restrictions could be placed on donors and then he wrote have corporate or individual or foreign sponsorship is precluded is there an acceptable membership opportunity to limit contributions if his wife wins the white house. he is the former goldman sachs investment bank. he could've been helping with the speeches. in getting back to the al gore feud at the get stands stance from t monica lewinsky scandal. and then bill clinton did not like how al gore ran his campaign in 2000.
5:04 pm
>> and they distanced himself from the clintons after the lewinsky scandal and that was kind of the source of that breach from longtime and apparently it has been going on as recently. >> think you have a great weekend. they are pushing to remove some of donald trump's post for violating the sites rules and hate speech. nice to see you katrina. >> it looks like the workers don't like what donald trump is saying about his crackdown and allowing muslim individuals into this country what you make of that. >> i think it's in line with what we've seen in a lot of these liberally owned media sites. there was a big meeting was some of the conservative leaders that they were
5:05 pm
censoring not just donald trump in the position but republican positions and this is just another example of how the message is being cycle. the comments basically and donald trump's accusers who have accused donald trump of sexual impropriety. let's take a look at what vice president biden said. >> to talk to you about trumps behavior in his personal behavior when he said he did and does as a textbook definition of sexual assault. >> because i'm famous because i'm a star because i'm a billionaire i can do things other people can't. what a disgusting assertion

5:07 pm
president biden taken the u.s. economy out to the woodshed. and pummeling down into the sand. it's preparing for the possibility that they should not succeed should hillary win. they can talk about the latest revelations that the president knew hillary clinton was using an illegal server the administration knew that there was collisions throughout the fbi and tour the white house in the clinton campaign including the media. there is a ton of corruption going on here. by serving the public and keeping politicians on us. we have seen none of that today particularly with regard to the clintons. of course they're going to talk about allegations. elections that haven't even occur to get. they can talk about the things that are really important to americans. she lied to congress. she continues to lie to the
5:08 pm
public. some of the democrats have been lying to the public even about the economy. >> even when you have a candidate not succeeding it's concerns about the vote count. many of them 1% of the total votes in question then you do a recount. the campaign assembly anything along the lines it's going on right now. early voting is underway with any of the swing states in the voting there. i understand that there actually suing to find out what is happening with these ballots. and are they being torn up and thrown away. mister trump is simply saying his neck and it concede to an election that hasn't happened yet. we really appreciate it.
5:09 pm
they're not the only ones up in arms. a new report that the leaked e-mails are poisoning heller's relationship with those in her own party. the democrats. calling some freaks that need to get a life. it's unclear whether they made those comments. the aides to appear to have made those comments. great to have you both. after learning how clinton and her campaign aides feel about each other want this effect if she becomes president and affect her agenda and any appointment she wants to make. i don't see it as being a big thing. you can argue the flip side.
5:10 pm
if you uncovered what many senators and congressmen were saying and are saying about donald trump it would be far worse. i don't think it's can materially affect it. i think it is trying to make something out of not much being there in the fact. would hillary be a compromised president because of that revelations that are coming out about the e-mail meaning a lot of money changing hands. later on and the show were to talk about the 500 examples of conflict of interest that they were involved in. she's can have awful time if she is president governing because she cause comes to governance with 30 years of baggage. and bring it to the outgoing administration. and now were finding revelation. that goes beyond allegations that we knew about in the summertime.
5:11 pm
i think hillary clinton is can have a very short honeymoon if at all and she's can have to face the music of continued congressional investigation these relationships and the clinton initiatives and the foundation. they couldn't taint any decision. and that's something that we will have to watch out for. let's get to the next issue. with top campaign aides. i had gossiped over e-mail last year. he said he was not ready to endorse her as candidate for president in november 2015 they forward a people magazine article. hillary clinton campaign chair were talking this way. they said yes he want it. and then michelle mills ask
5:12 pm
why. he clearly expected her to endorse them as vice president when he ran. it was hard to put on the e-mails. what do you make of this exchange. i'm sure there's probably a little bit of tension. gore certainly stepped up. he recognizes that the new potential president we've another leaked e-mail she called out the economy by admitting low wage jobs look
5:13 pm
at what she tweeted out. what she is saying behind the scenes a lot of low-wage jobs are being created. they were speaking truth in e-mails and yet she goes before the camera and she says something completely different. in e-mails she sounds like a republican strategist. the bottom line is the facts are the facts. it has been hurt this. our inner cities one in five are on some sort of public assistance. crime, education dropout. it's one thing after another. on election day working to find that the people they got hurt the most are not changing

5:15 pm
you could have another deal. another bid in the mix here for time warner. in the media table world at&t would be a distributor and you have that premium content. don't forget on hbo cnn as well as some other networks. that is putting the likelihood of some other immediate deals on the fast track. let's check out shares there up better than 2% for each of those companies. the likelihood that they had programs that tend to cater for the older demographic would merge with viacom. that was kind of interesting place. we could news over the weekend we were talking today

it's like a friday deal a day. let me talk about yet another deal here if i have a minute. 47billion-dollar deal in the tobacco industry. possibly buying reynolds american. they're down 4%. that was the acquiree up 14% today. the offer here 47 billion-dollar deal from british-american and i would bring together newport, and it would become the world's biggest tobacco company. >> thank you. before rates go up. a lot of deals will be happening. we have them investigated a massive web attack. we will bring you the very latest details. also the man watch -- once shown as his favorite general.
